for October

Food Bank Donations

For the month of October, we will again be collecting food items to donate to the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank. Their most needed items are the following:

• Cereal
• Canned chicken
• Spam
• Peanut butter
• Canned tuna
• Hearty soup
• Pasta/pasta sauce
• Size 5 & 6 diapers
• Condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.)
• Cooking oil (16-20 oz only)
• Pancake mix
• Coffee (not decaf)

The Food Bank is also asking for neew or gently used winter coats for kids ae 14-16 or for adults. They will distribute them on November 1st, so if you can donate, please bring your coat(s) to our October meeting.

In-Person Volunteer Services Activity

We will volunteer at KidVantage the third Friday of the month, which is October 18th for this month. We will work from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant.
