We are on hiatus for July and August. The first meeting of the 2009-2010 club year will be at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 3rd, at Tibbetts Creek Manor. Guests are welcome. Come join us for the fun!
The 2009 "Baskets & Buddies" spring basket auction was a grand success. We Raised $3,000 for our scholarship funds and the local charities we support. Thank you, Fred Butler (Deputy Council President of the Issaquah City Council), for donating your time to be our auctioneer, and thank you to our many guests, who so generously opened your hearts and your wallets!
The IWC awarded a $1,000 Follow Your Dream scholarship to each of the following four graduating seniors: Yeojin Yi from Skyline High School, Abigail Houck from Skyline High School, Ngoc-Khuyen Thi Do from Liberty High School, and Elyse Edwards from Issaquah High School. Congratulations to each of you. We wish you much success as you embark on your college careers.
