MAY MEETING

 

Our May meeting will be on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024, at the Lodge at Beaver Lake, 25201 SE 24th Street, Sammamish. We will gather at 9:30 a.m. for our social "Meet and Greet" time. At 10:00 a.m., our program will begin. May is Women's Health Month, so let's make it meaningful! Please come casually dressed and ready for some new ideas that might become healthy habits.

 

Barb Bruemmer will present a wonderful website she knows well: Medline Plus provides easy access to a wealth of information to answer some of our frequent health and safety questions. She will give an overview and show us how to navigate the site.

 

Then some of our own fellow members will lead us in some Chair Yoga.
