Our next meeting is at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 2nd, at Tibbetts Creek Manor. Janet Palmatier, a Senior Financial Advisor working in Issaquah, will present a program to help us prepare for what is almost inevitable for women: being without a partner at some point in our lives by outliving our partner, by divorce, or by choice. The program will be followed by a short business meeting. Guests are always welcome. Come join us for the fun!

About Us |
The Issaquah Women's Club was founded in 1983 when a
group of women, in the spirit of friendship and service, joined forces to
become more involved in the community. We are a diverse organization, coming from
a variety of backgrounds, professions, age groups, and ethnicities. Today, we
number nearly a hundred and expect that number to grow as women in the
community learn more about who we are and what we do.
By working together, not only do we build friendships but we also use our strength
in numbers to reach out to our community.
We are a service and social club, and are dedicated to a variety of charitable and humanitarian projects.
Through our Issaquah Women’s Foundation we work together as friends, using our unique skills and talents to
address the needs in our community. As we work together, building friendships along the way, we are also uniquely
privileged to share time together socially, strengthening our bonds and opening our hearts, not only to each
other but to our community as well.
Our club, through our foundation, is the sole provider of funds for the Eastside Domestic
Violence Program IWF Educational and Vocational Enhancement (EVE) Scholarship. We also award “Follow Your Dream” scholarships each year
to local high school senior girls wishing to further their education.
We encourage prospective members to come to a meeting as a guest so you can meet some members and see if
we’re a good fit for you. Should you wish to join the IWC, annual dues are $25 plus a onetime $5 charge for
your permanent name badge.
